Nazli Ahmadova has over 12 years of diverse experience in advising the clients ranging from local entities through multi-national companies and international development organizations on various legal matters.

Nazli has advised the group’s all major projects in oil, shipping and transportation, oilfield services, expansion and operation of oil handling facilities, management of other major assets, construction, real estate, loans, as well as the pre-IPO reorganization and advancement of the corporate governance practices of the group.
Nazli has been ranked and recognized in the 2011 edition of Chambers Global, an annual guide of the leading business lawyers and law firms worldwide, according to which “she is very positively viewed in the oil and gas market”. Nazli is a member of the Azerbaijan Bar Association and holds a permit for private practice. She has performed certain pro bono work which is part and parcel of legal ethics of Apex Advisors, as well as advised the World Bank’s Doing Business in 2004 manual.
